1 cup kadala maavu
1 1/2cup sugar POWDER
1/2 cup ghee
Few spoons of milk(optional)
Mix kadala maavu and two spoons of ghee and microwave for 1min in 800w settings. This is for removing the raw smell
Then add remaining ghee,sugar powder to that maavu. Mix well . Heat la sugar melts and it comes to idli batter consistency
Now microwave for 3 1/2mins 800w power settings
You can see the ghee oozing out from 3.15mins itself
Take out the content and pour it out in usual way.
Microwave Mysore pa is ready
If you want the Mysore pa hard like olden days microwave it for 10secs extra
If you want like Krishna sweets soft style add two spoons of milk along with sugar powder.
